PROCESSING TIME
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 working days of placing them.
From there, they are routed to our distribution centers for packaging and shipping. Orders are usually shipped the next business day after they are placed. Please note that these time frames depend on the time of day the order is placed and may fluctuate during peak sales periods and holidays.

We currently offer free worldwide shipping over $50 or equivalent amount in your currency.

For customers in Canada or New Zealand:
Due to higher shipping costs from the product’s weight, orders more than 1 item will only include 1 storage box.
For customers in EU/EEA:
Orders shipped to countries within the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined and collected by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not control these costs, cannot predict their amount, and are not liable for any delays or additional fees caused by customs processes.
Please note that Paint and Bloom has no control over the amount of these fees as customs policies can vary widely. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information on fees in your local area.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information, which you can use to track your order here.
Please note that returns and exchanges do not offer tracking. It takes 48-72 hours to update the information on the courier's website.
